Very nice hotel, walking distance to old center, right in front of the capitol park. Parking is 25 dollars a night for self parking and 50 for vallet. No other option to park close by. Breakfast in hotel was really expensive but several walking distance restaurants. Starbucks closed on Saturday/Sunday. Staff was great.

It was our first time at this hotel and I stayed with my elderly parents and husband. Our stay was only for one night. The location was beautiful and nice to be able to slight view of the river and the bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness of the room was good except for a few things. Loved the floors in the room. It was big and spacious.

Too bad the city is run-down with an enormous vagrant population. Tent cities on nearly every sidewalk. Drunk/drugged staggering vagrants everywhere you turn. This is a Capital city and should be providing for their homeless population better than this. Time to get some services going !!

I enjoyed the Delta King Hotel on the river. The small cabin (room) was comfortable. The dining on board was exquisite! I highly recommend it. Staying on the restored paddle boat was the reason for stopping in Sacramento. It didn't disappoint! Old Sacramento is a lovely place to walk around in. There is a place for delicious ice cream.

There was free overnight parking after around 4:30-6pm, otherwise meters. There is a paddlewheeler hotel and restaurant rigth in Old Town at dock, the Delta King, with TERRIFIC mouthwatering breakfast included. Tiny cabin but no parking in the river of course. lol. Lots of wonderful eats and cool touris shops. Small so walkable and cool breezes off the riverside views.

If you want to have your car stolen and see hundred of drug deals right in front of you then this is the place. Horrible! Homeless people everywhere, normally i would not mention, but they come up to you endlessly, they try to open your car. My children witnessed them pooping on the sidewalk and one shooting up heroine at the State Capital! Yeah golden state my butt. Just aviod. This place has gone to hell.

I loved the Old Sacramento Waterfront location (plenty of things to see and do), and the Delta King itself is a gorgeous landmark even prior to getting on board. I found my room comfortable, and plenty spacious for my needs. I really liked that they have provided outdoor seating and tables on the decks surrounding the rooms to enjoy your coffee in the morning, taking in the view of the river. The restored bar and restaurant are absolutely stunning, and made for a memorable dining experience. I really hope to visit again one day soon.
I love that the location is very convenient and close to Old Sacramento. You can park and walk and still be entertained. Let's not forget about the breakfast, it's everything. I loved everything about it❤️ Tabias was the guy that greeted us. Great job young man!😊
To be able to stay in an old ship is a great experience per se. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. And the location is perfect if you intend to visit the Old Sacramento Waterfront.
The hotel was amazingly close to the Golden One Arena; super convenient, just about a five minute walk Felt very safe for our daughters to walk from their concert back to their room. Old Sacramento is just as close the other way.
