The location, breakfast, friendly staff, view from the deck, beautiful room, Amazon TV, Sangria, ample parking space for our large SUV. Basically, we loved everything! An Oasis of Calm.

What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.
Located in Newport, 700 metres from King Park Beach, Gardiner House provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar.

Easy access, great parking, great location. Staff were superb and attentive. I remarked that there was only one chair in our room, (if one wanted to do some work,) and in a short while, during our dinner, a chair miraculously appeared in our room. From front desk to room service we were well treated and quite enjoyed have a drink and some bar snacks in the bar one night.
