We were reluctant to stay at the viewpoint because it had a three star rating online. We are so glad that we took a chance because it was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The accommodations were amazing, the view is breathtaking, the salt water pool was beautiful, and the staff was incredible. Bri the manager went above and beyond to make our stay an anniversary we will always cherish. We will be going back next year and for years to come. The viewpoint is a true 5 star hotel and we loved our stay.

We utilized the indoor pool, spa and outdoor hot tub. All were very clean. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to town via a side road (no sidewalk, but manageable), a little over 10 minutes to the beach and probably 20 ish minutes to Perkins Cove. The beach offers 30 minute parking if someone in your part is willing to drop off and walk back. The coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the day was nice.

Wonderful accommodating staff and very clean room.
This is a little hidden gem. Walking distance to Long Sands beach and very close to Nubble lighthouse. Extremely clean! Staff is very helpful, courteous, and efficient. We did not use the pool but it was well kept and had many chairs for guests to use. There are tables and chairs on the property for guest to use for eating, relaxing, etc.
The owner/manager and staff were friendly and actively working around the property.
The pool was clean and quiet. Pool towels offered.

Everything is as described.The property is in a great location. You are able to easily walk to Short or Long Sands beach. You can walk to a few restaurants, ice cream shops,general stores for snacks,t-shirts . We walked to Nubble Lighthouse and were glad we did.
Obviously, the location and view. Everything was so convenient. The atmosphere was relaxing and family oriented. Great value and had everything needed in the bathroom ( LOVED the make-up towel). Coffee maker convenient too.
Had 2 issues in the room ( TV and hairdryer), and both were taken care of immediately.
So close to Nubble Lighthouse too was great.
Location Location Location. Absolutely amazing views and sounds of the ocean waves. Can see Nubble lighthouse. They had a big storm that caused some issues for them. Did end up listening to air compressors and workers. Respectfully doing their job. I am a roofer myself and didn't really want to listen to that on my mini stay. But made the best of it. I would definitely go back.
Very clean. Location cannot be beat. Just cross the street and you’re on the beach. Incredible views of both Nubble Lighthouse and Boone Island Light. Indoor pool was clean and a fun amenity.
The woman who checks you in, ( I wish I could remember her name) was extremely nice and helpful. The location is ver close to 2 beaches and the nubble lighthouse.
