We had breakfast included with the room rate. A dedicated menu offered a half dozen items (oatmeal, granola and fruit with yogurt, eggs and bacon with toast, avacado toast, pancakes, etc. Also included was a beverage. The food and service were excellent. The staff are all fantastic, ready to assist in any way. The rooms are very clean
