Very comfortable room. Bed was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, pool area very comfortable. Towels at the pool were a nice touch. Lots of room around the foyer both inside and out to sit and relax. Wonderful hotel.

They gave us a corner room on the 4th floor, ideally situated for a panoramic view. Excellent bed. Adorable personnel at the reception who gave us a complimentary extension of stay in view of our afternoon flight, a treat to have a last shower before departing in the searing heat of mid-summer Arizona :-)

There were no Gluten Free items, not even yogurt for breakfast. There are many people with a Gluten allergy and they do not realize they must stop at a grocery store to pick up GF items before checking in if they want to have a quick breakfast & need to leave for the day.

We chose Hyatt Place because it seemed a nice, economical place to stay only a couple miles from the Mayo Clinic where I had a procedure the next day. Once there, we found it to be lovely. It is spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. A substantial breakfast in a beautiful room was included in our booking, a cut above free breakfasts at other chain hotels. The staff was extremely gracious, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Mayo.
