Super cute themes, thoughtfully furnished and creatively constructed. We were 4 individuals and rented 2 tiny homes - both were absolutely adorable! Would love to come back and try new tiny homes. Also a great area in terms of having access to markets and restaurants.

We stayed in the Sunstone Suite, which is a spacious, modern, fully equipped apartment. We had absolutely everything we needed, including a full sized washer and dryer, fridge with icemaker, air conditioning (we were there during a heat wave), even a small bag of really good coffee to get us started in the morning. It was very quiet considering all the cars and buses going by outside. We had a dedicated parking spot and the building felt very secure. Bonus: we felt completely safe walking to our favorite Russian restaurant, Kachka, and the Market of Choice (a high-end grocery store) 3-4 blocks away.

Great location, near moda center, we went to a concert very easy to get there. rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. We had a view of the park. Breakfast was great with many choices, hostess's always cleaning and replenishing. They are cashless but have QR codes for tipping valet.
The location is perfect as it is walking distance from the Moda Center. The facility is beautiful, has friendly staff, super clean, decent breakfast, Valet parking and a convenient market inside the hotel. Price is a little high but it is definitely worth it!
My friend and I were coming in from Seattle to go to the Blink 182 show at Moda Center and this place was literally a few blocks away. I asked for some pictures of Tom Delonge as a joke in the special request section and the property went above and beyond and provided an amazing framed collage! So cool! If we ever have a show in Portland, this is where we’re gonna stay for sure!
I liked the location. We were there to got to a concert at the Moda Center, it was in walking distance. The A/C worked very well. The room was alright.
I was working a show at the Moda Center and I enjoyed the short walk from the hotel to the venue. As has always been my experience with Hyatt Regencys, all over the world, everything was as I would hope it to be, my home base and oasis.
