AT the very first night of staying with my family my 5 years daughter got skin rash badly and we thought she got ate something and causing her that issue but my 9 years son got the same rash too the day after, and then we realized there is something wrong either with the towels or blanket or bed sheets, so I tried to reach to the hotel staff specially GM of the hotel with no success, I left a message for him but no responded back, I had to go to a pharmacy and get a over counter medication for my kids which was temp cure, when we got back home at Orange county the kids rash was a savior issue and they couldn`t sleep at all, so I took them to urgent care and they treated my kids,
I tried to contact with the GM of hotel again and I was told he is on meeting and I left a message for him but still no one responded back. very poor customer service, all you see of the Hotel review on the booking.com is fake and they paid to the people to get this excellent review.

The apartment-community-like setting is very appealing and comfortable (familiar). Bringing left-overs from dinner actually means a snack for later on. The staff is very friendly, even on the phone -shout-out to Rose!). Location is fantastic, and breakfast is a real one... perfect to start the day! (we did miss the fresh-made waffles, though)
