The hotel was relatively quiet. The front desk concierge was extremely helpful and gave us a list of restaurants as options for dinner. The rooms were clean.

Clean and comfortable beds, early breakfast, big selection of food. On our way to Telluride so we had driven 12 hours and just needed a good place to sleep and get up early and on our way. We also had food in a cooler so it was nice to put a few things in the refrigerator in the room.

Linda K checked us in. I asked if we could be upgraded to a queen room from two doubles. She seemed annoyed said she could and gave us instead a room with no hot water and only a single double bed in the last building on site that was clearly closed for the season. We did get upgraded the next day to a lovely room with a king bed. Everything else at the property was lovely after that. I believe Linda did that on purpose.
