We utilized the indoor pool, spa and outdoor hot tub. All were very clean. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to town via a side road (no sidewalk, but manageable), a little over 10 minutes to the beach and probably 20 ish minutes to Perkins Cove. The beach offers 30 minute parking if someone in your part is willing to drop off and walk back. The coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the day was nice.

Marginal Way is getting very very crowded during peak times in nice weather. It is a beautiful walk but you will constantly be dodging other visitors on the sidewalk if you go during the middle of the day.

Enjoy this beautiful walk along the shore any time of year.
Enjoy this beautiful walk along the shore any time of year. You are along the shore but up high so there is no chance of getting wet. It is well traveled and generally flat. There are benches along the way to stop and admire the views. The walk can be divided into segments if you don't want to do the whole way - it runs from Ogunquit Beach to Perkins Cove.

Incredible breathtaking views from every angle.
Incredible breathtaking views from every angle. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a bottle of water, sunglasses. Use the restroom before walking because access on an off the Marginal Way is limited to certain locations.

We enjoyed the property and room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated and comfortable. Location was ‘on the water’ with an entrance to Marginal Way walking path. Continental breakfast was fine.
We would stay here again.
Located right across the street from the entrance to Marginal Way Walkway. Updated suite. Rooms were spacious and clean. King sized bed was very comfortable. Private balcony which faced Shore Road and partial ocean view. My wife and I will stay in that suite again.
Great location. We were within walking distance of the Ogunquit Playhouse, multiple restaurants and Marginal Way Walk. The pool and the Roman Spa were lovely. There is a large full sized gym in the basement of the hotel.
The breakfast was great! They even had gluten free bread! The location is also perfect - close to the shops, restaurants, ocean, and right on the Marginal Way walk. Amazing!
Never had the breakfast. It is just juice, coffee, tea and bread products. The location is great. It is just steps away from the town; which allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants. It is right by Marginal way walk and easy to walk to the beach.
Everything else besides the pillows and mattress was great. Cozy setup, spacious bathroom. Good water pressure and open feeling. The makeup removing towelettes were a nice touch. Loved the look of the property, private pool and hot tub with yard games. Personal, home away from home feeling. Perfect location, walking distance to marginal way walking path, local eateries and village town store. Lovely walk down to Perkins cove as well.
Location was great, we walked everywhere. Coffee was decent.view from deck & chairs on lawn was awesome. Grounds were beautifully manicured. Easy access to marginal way walkway.
