Location is very nice… close to the place I went to.. 13 mins away from the Niagara Outlet mall, 7mins away from the spa/Morton Grille restaurant. Rooms are spacious. Very quiet at night… Beds were comfy… Kitchen was fully equipped and clean… you have everything you need to feel at home

Our king room was spacious & comfortable with the sofa bed & coffee table so we could spread out during our week long stay. We also appreciated the walk in shower with the glass door so we didn't have to step over a tub & the warmth stays in better than a shower curtain. Breakfast has more choices than your typical hotel breakfast which we enjoyed. The location is close to highway 406 but you can't hear it & everything is easily accessible from from here.

It was wonderful!
It was wonderful! The first day we were there the line was two hours long to get at ticket and get on the boat. We went back early the next day at 9am and only had to wait a few minutes. It does not help to buy tickets online for this excursion.

it was fantastic, you will get wet so do not dress fancy, but that is part of it, take a small towel for camera, phone, pad etc you will enjoy, buy your ticket at the gate our tour was a lot dearer and not worth it, you do get a waterproof cagool ?

This will make your trip.
This will make your trip. Run toward the bow for maximum views...and drenching. The sound of the falls and the force of the "mist" (quaint little name, that, for the pounding pellets of water!) are magnificent. The line is very long. I wouldn't bet on the 15-minute wait they claim, and only one boat was running on the American side (funny how the Canadians were running multiples with much fewer crowds).

Amazing location, great view. We had a personal tour, picked us right up at the hotel and it great. We went to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and walked around the state park. He was so full of great information!. It was through The Daily Trips. Our guide, Mohammad, was absolutely amazing. I'd go back and do it all over!
Property was absolutely wonderful. Amazing price for a gorgeous room and view(could see the fireworks from our room). Within walking distance of everything (Maid of the Mist, Casino - Definitely try the buffet, falls, Rainforest Cafe - Another must spot to eat) Brought my own pillow due to hotel pillows usually lacking, but was definitely surprised in the quality of them on the beds. The couch was slept on during the stay and no complaints were made from the occupant. The fridge is a little smaller so don’t plan on storing much.
Our room was fabulous rm 2610, the view was over the top could see fireworks every night, the city, the falls and very quiet. We slept well, no kids running around, the restaurants were wonderful and lots of entertainment. Easy to walk to the falls and we booked a trip on the Maid of the Mist(would recommend). Very Nice!
The location is the best part of this hotel. It’s within walking distance to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and the border bridge walk. We’ll come back here.
The location is good. A 12 minute easy walk to the Maid of the Mist, and there are a number of restaurants right down stairs. The room was spacious and had a microwave and fridge. The heated pool was nice.
They gave us joined rooms, so it felt like we had a suite. The beds were clean and comfortable.
Plenty of towels and decent travel soap. Mini fridges in the room.
The pool is small but pretty. 2 public hot tubs.
Kids like the mini arcade.
Walkable to the falls, Maid of the Mist, the Aquarium (small but nice).
The location of this hotel was perfect. My family and I could walk to the casino and maid of the mist. The hotel was also the most reasonably priced in the area. I can't explain enough how convenient it was to walk to everything my family wanted to see.

We travelled that day from Michigan, via Ontario, Canada and got held up at immigration, so we arrived at the Falls at 4.55 pm exactly. All the excursions and spectacles were closed for the day. However, we walked around and explored all the things on offer that allow you to see the falls for free and decided we didn't need any maid of the Mist boat rides or Cave of the Winds. What we did, going up the viewing tower, walking across the bridge to frog island, was just perfect. The time at the falls --2 hours in the late afternoon/evening-- was perfect and cost me nothing. I recommend going late in the day!
