This is a fantastic set of apartments, complete with a secure gate, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the car park due to maintenance work. However, the Iris team suggested parking just a five-minute walk away, and the location is so walkable that we didn’t need to use the car at all.
The apartment itself was excellent, with many thoughtful details that are often missing in other rentals—this was not the case here. It featured great amenities (washer/dryer, hair dryer, makeup towels, water bottles, washing up liquid, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, wine, chocolate, coffee) and a well-designed layout. There was also nice outdoor seating where we enjoyed a coffee one morning, and the area has wonderful independent restaurants, coffee shops, and more.

We never ate breakfast at the hotel and did not know they offered it. The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our suite was spectacular, the staff friendly and accommodating. Next time we come to Charleston, SC, we plan to stay here again. The hotel website doesn't do it justice. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very happy we stayed here. :-)
