I would Uber next time, exiting the parking at the stadium was the worst I have seen. I guess it comes with having a stadium downtown, but Uber would be a better choice.

Clean room and good location, 15 minute walk to Broadway. Hotel next door has a bar & restaurant facility if you’re arriving late. Construction of the new Nissan Stadium opposite the hotel has no impact on the hotel.
Great location, great breakfast options, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Good distance to Broadway and even Nissan Stadium. Stayed here for CMA Fest and it was perfect for my stay. Highly recommend!
Excellent room - spacious with all the essentials! The easy to use coded doors are great. Great location within walking distance of Broadway and Nissan Stadium.
We arrived by car and it's only possible to either park yourself on site or do valet. We opted for parking ourselves, which was 25 US$ per day. The hotel is next to the interstate, but you can reach Downtown by crossing a bridge next to the Nissan Stadium. There's a petrol station with a small supermarket across from the hotel. We liked that we were able to wash and dry our clothes at the hotel. Breakfast was okay.
Hotel was ideally located for the Nissan Stadium which was 10 min walk away on game day. There was also a shuttle service running to downtown Nashville throughout the day and evening which dropped off at the end of the strip so bars and attractions were easy to reach.
Breakfast was buffet style with cooked items as well as cereals, pastries and cook your own waffles. Always well stocked and cooked.
Room was clean if a little battered in places, but was great for a couple of days stay in Nashville.
Location, location, location! This condo is close enough to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and more, that you can walk without having to Uber. There were Lime scooters all over the place to rent, and those were great to get to and from the main tourist areas. We loved the view of the water from the windows. It had everything we needed for a short, overnight girls' trip.
The staff were wonderful. Polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was spacious and luxurious.
The beds were out of this world comfortable.
The rooftop bar was wonderful
Perfect location to access all of the tourist sites, the Nissan stadium and the Ryman theatre, which we visited to see Ed Sheeran. We walked there!

Nice room, but for us a little more expencive than we tought it was worth. We were 5 people in 1 room, and we only slept there, so it was not a big issue. Would still highly recommend the hotel, and the staff was nice. Remember to try the Gitar shaped pool, cause we forgot and the kids ara still nagging about that :-p
A 10 minute walk to Broadway, and you get to see Nissan stadium up close as well.
