I really enjoyed my stay here – the rooms are small but very well equipped. The bed is incredibly comfortable and I loved the high-tech lighting system that made everything convenient at the touch of the button. It has everything you could want from a room, including a mini fridge and good hairdryer.
The rooftop pool was great for some early morning laps, and I loved the decor throughout the communal areas of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and affordable too!
However, the good stuff doesn’t end there. Absolute stand-out for me at this hotel with the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t sing their praises enough. Even the guy that knocked on my room to see if I was still checking out (because I was running a bit late) was so lovely and good humoured. Thank you so much for a really pleasant week!

Location is excellent, straight on Ocean Drive! Rooms are spacious and clean! They are offering you a cart with beach chairs, umbrella and towels which are very useful. Staff is nice! We appreciated the complimentary starbucks coffee every morning.

The location was really good , close to many nice tourist attractions like Ocean drive and Lincoln Road! The bad was comfortable and the staff really friendly.
The welcome at the reception in particular Beatrice and Bessy were very helpful. The place is really nice, you feel immediately on vacation. It is very well located near Lincoln Road and the beach. Also, the free loop bus stops right in front.
Really well situated, within walking distance to Lincoln Road Mall & Ocean Drive with plenty amenities around it. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and caring towards their guests. Room was large and spotlessly clean with lovely toiletries supplied. Hotel has its own unique character with lots of charm. Will definitely recommend to others and return again when next in Miami.
The king suite room was big and spacious. Good location. Short walk from Lincoln road (8mins), Ocean drive(12 mins) and Miami beach (5mins). Pool was good. Towels were provided at pool area. Hotel manager who was an Indian was very kind and welcoming. Hotel bell boy was really helpful and friendly.
Good comforts for an hostel. Air conditioning working well, bathroom and shower are inside the bedroom and they are quite well furnished. Breakfast is ok but not included.

The hotel has a good location. Close to the hotel is a stop for the free Miami Beach Trolley that can take you all over South Beach. Also the bus to the airport is close by. It is only a 15/20 min walk to the beach and a 5min walk to all the stores on Lincoln Road. Hotel is a good value for your money, nothing fancy but ok and reasonably clean. Nice pool only normal chairs on the pool side and no beach chairs for relaxing that could be an improvement.
The hotel is very centrally located at south beach with only a few minutes walk to the beach or to lincoln road. It had a nice pool and sunbeds to relax on. The room had a good size with comfortable beds. The staff were nice and welcoming.
Loved that the hotel had its own beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas - people at the beach were also very nice. The hotel also provides a beach bag with towels which is great considering towels take a lot of space in the luggage! The hotel location is perfect, with Lincoln road super close and many restaurants around. It is obviously South Beach but doesn't feel as touristic as being around the Ocean Drive area - which is a plus if it's not your first trip to Miami!
Central location in the heart of Miami Beach, just a few blocks from Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and the beaches. Very well maintained, modern, comfortable and quiet apartment. Beautiful and green patio. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site available (extra charge). Wifi worked well.

I would avoid parts of Washington Avenue at night. It's certainly not unsafe but a bit seedy with questionable characters. Stick to Collins, Ocean Drive, 5th Street area, and Lincoln Road area.
