Corner suite room with an amazing view of both the city as well as the water. Staff was phenomenal. Especially the bar manager and bartenders. Very nice patio area right outside with fire pits. Location is central to several bars and restaurants.

We ended up staying 6 nights (originally booked 4) until my dad was released from the hospital. They gave us their hospital rate for the other 2 nights which was great. The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast is very good as well. We had a great experience there and even got a new TV in our room. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Close to arena & had walk way directly to KeyBank Center. Took my teenage daughter so I loved this. Plus hotel room floors couldn't b accessed in elevator w/out ur room key. Extra layer of protection.
Have stayed at this location for years even when it was a Holiday Inn. Like the closeness to D'Youville where I graduated in 2006 and now Keybank Center where we return to see hockey games.

Beautiful hotel, had everything you could possibly need. Close to Keybank Center and the canal park is close by which is very nice. Public transportation is also right at the hotel.
Our main reason for visiting Buffalo was to see a hockey game at the KeyBank Center. The location of the hotel was perfect! The arena is less than a block away. While there weren't many convenience stores located near the hotel area, there were a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a Tim Horton's on the corner. For the history buffs, the hotel is located near several historic sites and museums. The hotel staff was wonderful! Everyone was helpful, polite, and very pleasant.
The size of the room was outstanding, very comfortable and we loved the decorations and the odd geometry of the fixtures. We loved the shower and the soaps/shampoos that were provided and the size of the bathroom. The location to the KeyBank Center was great and the neighborhood in Canalside was very nice.
