there was nothing to like it about this stay. We were in for a wedding, which is stressful enough, but to come this place afterwards and to be treated like did something wrong was appalling. The staff was terrible, and the accommodations were terrible. We were completely dismissed and told that we were in the wrong. When we asked for something to be remedied for this very expensive one-night stay, once again. We're told there was nothing they could do. Egregious.

Everyone was nice and friendly helpful , nice view , restaurant right down stairs . They had convenient store by walking distance it was a nice trip away from home

The entire staff was welcoming and very friendly. Ladies at the desk got us checked in early which was wonderful!
I regret I don’t recall his name but one of the maintenance guys went above and beyond to fill my water bottle with ice as the bar area was closed off and he searched for access to another locked area but came through.

Nice location. Quite a few places to eat within a short walking distance. Jones beach a 15-minute car ride away.
Simple but comfortable rooms, with all the amenities we need. Very friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcome.
The rooms at Jones Beach Hotel were comfortable and included a fridge, coffee maker and table and chairs (which are not always standard for rooms of this size). The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and there was free tea and coffee in the foyer.
I was very happily surprised at the Jones Beach Hotel. From the outside, it doesn't look too impressive, but once we walked into the small lobby, with a very cute parlor and fireplace, I was completely at ease. Staff was great, everything was very, very clean, bed and pillows were comfy and the best perk of all was the lovely restaurant. The food was amazing, no need to go anywhere else for dinner. Ten minute ride to Jones Beach theater and I would absolutely return.
I always enjoy visiting there, gets you away from the standard hotels, small and more personable, easy to book and revise as needed. Looking forward to going back, easy access for Jones Beach shows in the summer.
Very good! Staff was super friendly and willing to help. We walked from the train station to the hotel (~20min walk). We stayed for one night for a concert at Jones beach theatre. It was a great stay.
The nearest hotel to Jones Beach Arena but still quite a bit away and if you don't have a car it's a bit of a trek/lottery particularly getting back after the show. Would really benefit from a bar where other concert goers could meet up (they have a restaurant but was closed) as most of the guests were going to to the same concert. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
We did not have breakfast there. The room was small but plenty big enough for 4. We had an early supper in the restaurant. It was fabulous! The desk staff was awesome! They were so helpful. Location was quiet and nice area.
My kids and friends went to a concert at the Jones Beach concert venue. They took an Uber back to the hotel and I let them in because they lock the door at 10:30 or 11 pm. Nice to stay for a concert- 4 miles to venue.
My husband and I have made this property our regular overnight getaway from the world. The rooms are quaint and intimate. The television has quite a good selection of channels to relax to. If Jones Beach Hotel has no available rooms, my husband and I choose not to getaway on that evening. It is as simple as that.
