Location was awesome . Room was large and clean and very comfortable .we got given 25$ gift voucher per day for snack bar and tours $30 day - that was awesome and we used them . The M lounge access was good for drinks and water - but no hot chocolate which I missed . The M LOUNGE breakfast was very limited -not really what I describe as a buffet American breakfast . Overall though the location and room comfort was the winner -would stay again

Jackson Square
No matter when you visit, Jackson Square Park is a hubbub of activity – and a people-watching hotspot. Outside, local artists proudly display their paintings along the park’s railings while buskers entertain passers-by with tunes of every musical style. Inside, you’re bound to meet loved-up newlyweds posing for pictures with St Louis Cathedral behind them.

Feels a bit like the heartbeat of the port side of the city.
Feels a bit like the heartbeat of the port side of the city. It opens on the Mississippi river one one side and the cathedral on the other, while all around are artist selling interesting pieces or making your portrait on the spot. There are musicians too, fortune tellers and tarot people. There was a poem writer too. Just an interesting place.

Jackson Square has some wonderful history to it and a beautiful cathedral you should stop in and see. Also, Cafe Du Monde is right there, BUT...it gets very crowded very quickly. If you are after Begniets and chickory coffee...you can find the very same thing at so many other little cafes all over the French Quarter, I suggest you skip Cafe Du Monde and get a better deal elsewhere.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the French Quarter. The building is beautiful and historical, with all the creature comforts for a great stay (including extremely comfortable beds!). The hotel is so perfectly situated close to Frenchmen Street, the French Market and Jackson Square, and far enough away from Bourbon street that you don't get any noise pollution. The staff are wonderful and the property is easy to access.
Nice stylish hotel in a quiet area but within walking distance of Jackson Square and Bourbon Street. Comfortable room. All the staff we had interaction with were very pleasant and helpful. Nice having a bar on site too. Although we didn't use it the pool area looks nice.
My stay at the Olivier House Hotel was a delightful immersion into New Orleans' charm. The historic ambiance, complemented by cozy rooms adorned with antiques, provided a unique and comfortable retreat. The location near Bourbon Street and Jackson Square was perfect for exploring the city's cultural delights. The staff's warm hospitality made my visit memorable, ensuring I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my stay.
The hotel is great, the staff is very nice. The room wasn't super big but we only went there to sleep so it's not a complain.
Location is great too, less than 10 min to Bourbon st or Jackson square, 25 to frenchmen street. We had a rental and used valet parking which is very convenient.
I loved the location. We could walk out the door and be in Jackson Square in just a couple minutes. Walk the other way and you're on Bourbon St. So much to see and do!
Front desk staff was fantastic. Brianna was especially helpful answering questions regarding local restaurants and getting a taxi for us to the cruise port. Location to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, etc was very close and easy to walk to. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to New Orleans.
Location is great. Within walking distance of Bourbon Street & Jackson Square. Hotel has a restaurant & bar on site. Rooms were very large & comfortable. Staff was great & very accommodating. Many restaurants within walking distance. Close Uber ride to the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again.
Location was great! Hotel was at the corner of Bourbon St and Canal Street. Walking distance to Jackson Square. Cafe Beignet was right across the street from the hotel. Beignets are a definite must when visiting New Orleans. Took a City and cemetery tour. Our tour guide Karen was great! Had a great sense of humour and was very nice to talk to.

As soon as you enter the city it just has the feeling of history. The city, the buildings, Jackson Square the garden district - it all seems historic to me.
