Excellent customer service and the view was just as expected. The hotel was so convenient to the Public Market and a quick taxi to the Space Needle. It's a great place to stay and we will return when we go on another cruise.

It was very clean, well positioned, the staff very welcoming and helpful. It was a good-sized room with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was not a buffet but a choice from a menu but I found options that I liked. Would definitely stay here again.
