Spacious modern room, very large bathroom and super clean. Staff were amazing, very attentive to any needs during our stay. Cafe downstairs was excellent with delicious food and lovely staff.
Located 5 minutes’ walk from the Universal Studios Hollywood entrance, this hotel offers a multi-lingual staff and contemporary rooms. Guests can unwind in the outdoor pool and hot tub.
The guest house is very spacious! Has all you need, just everything is thought of it’s very clean and comfortable! A nice break from hotels! Julia was amazing too! Helped us fantastic with things to do and even send a package after we left 2 items behind, such a lovely and helpful lady! In a lovely area, really easy to drive where you want! We did the Hollywood sign in 10mins down the road haha. Don’t hesitate just book it! LA is amazing!!!!
It is a spacious, quiet apartment. There is a security door for parking and a security door to enter the building. Elevator is really helpful for senior. Nice location to Griffith observatory and Hollywood Blvd. Nice view to famous Hollywood sign from the apartment and night time view of Griffith observatory.

You can see the Hollywood sign from some rooms and the roof terrace. Perfect location for excursions. The staff were extremely friendly and took great care of us.
Cool art work throughout. Had a view of the Hollywood sign from the 3rd floor. Lovely bar restaurant which was handy as we drove a lot so could drink back at the hotel. They have great cocktails and the Mac and cheese it lovely. The staff were really nice. There is car parking for a fee, which I think is worth it as its not walking distance to anything we wanted to see. There was a lift!
This is a truly lovely hotel, from the great staff, the large, clean rooms, the spacious and trendy bar, the convenient restaurant, walking distance to the Hollywood area. We were on the top floor, with an amazing view over the Hollywood hills and the Hollywood sign. The pool and pool area was an added bonus.
The valet parking was very quick and efficient tho pricey.
We really liked the roof terrace on the building, with views to Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Walkable (20 minutes ish) to Hollywood boulevard. Secure indoor parking was great. Apartment is spacious, kitchen has basic equipment but no amenities such as coffee filters etc. Staff were very responsive to what app messages. Check in information clear and process was very easy. Great for a short stay with older kids (late teens)
As some others have noted the address is different to what was noted on booking.com however the West Hollywood location was really good and we really enjoyed our 4 night stay! The area was safe with lots of food options a short walk away as well as a Trader Joes and large Target close by. The apartment is really nice, spacious and has 2 large bathrooms with amazing water pressure! The balcony has a view of the Hollywood sign.
We would definitely stay here again thanks Chad and the team!
