This is the house you're looking for. Everything about it is authentic and every item inside has a story. The house is clean with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. There was even a telescope. The house is better looking in person than it is in the photos. We will definitely be returning, particularly as we got engaged there! We were so happy there that we could have stayed forever.
The host, Chris, was fantastic. The care he took to see we were happy and comfortable was on par was a delightful surprise. Chris provided us with food to feed the pretty white goat and with more than enough firewood to have as many cosy evenings as we wanted. When we had a box of a hundred pink roses flown in, he thoughtfully carried it inside so the blooms wouldn't get warm and wilt. He even found us a hammock.
