I will say the whole venue it’s self it’s amazing. Clean and top notch. However, the resort has over is overbearing when it comes to everything. You cannot park your car anywhere and when you need access to your car just for a bag you have to get valet to pull it up. As soon as you get there you are rushed out of your car and valet is excepting you up. Without a chance to even breathe when checking in. The valet was annoyed to get our vehicle just to get something out of the car. Well it’s not my fault I was rushed when I arrived. Additionally so, I was hunted down in the pool because the flavor of nutruel I had they don’t carry. I was threatened to be kicked out of the pool that mind you I had paid $117.00 resort fee just to have access to the pool. My friend who is also staying here told me he got me the drink. How did I know ??? To have this much control over what is suppose to be a relaxing experience makes it everything but that. Also it’s $35.00 a day for parking valet. It’s an absolutely insane control over their guests. Whole experience has be lowered by control. Also there is not a single microwave on site and we needed to heat rice for a diet concern and we’re told they they have no microwaves and would get in trouble if use their employee microwave and even though it’s a diet issue they couldn’t help.
You’re not allowed to use a cart alone. Valet has to bring you your things.
I’ve stayed at a handful of Margaritavilles but never been treated this awfully.
