Front desk staff were excellent on all accounts, including door, car service, bellhop, and bar staff. Was pleasantly surprised at the value for our breakfast at the Venteux, the fried mini potatoes were amazing. Loved the walkability to everything we wanted to see, including a concert at Soldier Stadium and Cubs game at Wrigley Field. I looked into buying a pillow (from the online store) because it was so good, but it doesn't appear that they ship to Canada.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was included in our booking and it was absolutely fantastic, the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel! We tried something different for each of the 7 mornings we were there. I couldn't believe it was all included in the price of the booking. 5 star service!

Everything was spectacular! From the moment we dropped our car off at valet, we were greeted by the most welcoming, warm, and receptive people. The hotel itself has to be one of the most incredible places to stay in the entire city! What a view! The accommodations were high class and the ammenities were flawless. Thank you for upgrading us to the highest floor! We were blown away, and we will be coming back to Sable EVERY time we're in Chicago!

Location is the best in Chicago. If you are going to the city for visiting, this is the best location. Just in the heart of Chicago loop, in front of the Chicago River, easy walking to the millennium park, magnificent mile, skydeck, river walk, cloud gate, Chicago art institute, grant park and others. It is a historic building, with a beautiful lobby. My room was small, but was clean and cozy and a coffee machine was available. Coffee, milk, sugar supplied free by the hotel . Nice team providing support and service.
Location is wonderful. Right on Michigan avenue. About 1.5miles walk towards starting lines at the Grant Park if you are about to stay for Chicago Marathon, so safe to walk there early morning.
Loved the ease of check in, the location to Grant Park, the view was good (side on to the Park not front on so 2nd best view i guess!), the 7th floor spa area was light and quiet for relaxing. We used buses from opposite the hotel and a hand supermarket next door.
The bed was the comfiest ever and I am a fussy sleeper!

Location was very nice. Is located right accross Michigan Ave from Grant Park. Easy access to Many downton attraction. I have a mobility impairments and the roll-in shower/bathroom set up was perfect for my needs. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly/courteous and very helpful.
The location was fabulous, overlooking Grant Park, with views of the lake. The facilities in the studio apartment were great, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. Plenty of storage space, including in the bathroom. It’s a nice touch that there’s coffee available In reception in the mornings. It was a lovely place to stay while we visited for the Blues Festival. The pool area is gorgeous, with sun beds and sofas. Shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stop outside.
