Fantastic staff - always with a smile and ready to help and accommodate - helping us with organizing our stay was a blessing. Loved the lodge vibe and the free cookies and coffee in the afternoons. If not the best, one of the best restaurants we ate at in Jackson Hole. Loved the hot tab in the winter. Loved the complements in the room.

We loved the Cloudveil. Beautiful, clean, and nice amenities. We were glad we stayed here instead of in Teton Village - nice to be in town, and the shuttle makes it convenient to get to the mountain (they also have a car service as well). Only negative thing to say is that we didn’t love the restaurant - it was fine, but nothing compared to some of the other restaurants we ate at during our stay. Overall the Cloudveil has become our choice hotel in Jackson.

Everything! Loved this hotel!! The location is excellent, right in the center of town (but quiet). The hotel is beautiful and super comfortable (the rooms, the library, even the business/conference room), and the staff is super attentive to every detail. We stayed for five nights and were so pleased with everything. We used the hot tub on the roof (at sunset with light snowflakes drifting down and beautiful views of the mountains). Wonderful daily touches like beautiful packages of chocolates every evening, a welcome half bottle of wine and handwritten note upon arrival, coffee station every morning (in addition to good nespresso machine in room) which becomes a tea station every afternoon and evening complete with home baked treats daily, and a hot chocolate bar set out as well! Honestly, a lovely small hotel with impeccable service. They offer a shuttle to the ski slopes too, which we didn’t use this trip.

Property is at a perfect location close to Grand Teton National park. Our loft room was extremely comfortable and spacious! The staff was welcoming and kind. The decor was beautiful and gave a welcoming mountain vibe.
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The vibe was modern and cool. The location is close to Grand Teton National Park, but the shortest road to the park from Teton Village is sort of a narrow backroads way to get there through the trees. The best views are on the road north from Jackson to the park. I saw lots of people jogging and biking along the paths just outside Teton Village, which looked amazing. The location is perfect for that.
The location in Teton Village was great. It was close to the tram and other activities in the area. The Moose Wilson Road into Grand Teton National Park was open while we were there so that was a nice drive into the park, instead of having to drive back into Jackson to get to the park. I don't think the road is open year round. The room and property were very clean.
The location in Teton village is pretty and quiet, but don’t choose it to be close to Grand Teton National Park, as the closer road and entrance to the park is closed and under construction - added about 1-2 hr drive to everywhere.
the staff was incredibly helpful and kind! There was some miscommunication right off the bat, but the concierge was so sweet and they gave us a free upgrade for the inconveniences. The room was absolutely phenomenal, everything was clean and comfortable. We all loved the outdoor pool/hot tub. The restaurant was phenomenal- elk truffle fries were our fave! Location is perfect, it’s such a short drive into Grand Teton National Park. All-in-all this hotel is top notch and I would absolutely stay here again!
The location is great though we selected it because of it being close to The Grand Teton national park but the road to entrance to the park from the hotel was closed. The room is nicely done and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. They serve restaurant style and cater to our needs.
