The location is fantastic. We like the gym and the front desk staff, who are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The rooms are well appointed but are starting to look worn and tired. We like the Rose Restaurant that is part of the hotel too. If you can get a corner room those are the best!

Be sure to see if the 2nd floor room is open to view. One of our history spots to see. The weather vain is a grasshopper. The maker of the original one made it a time capsule and it was not found until 200 years later. Learned that on the history walk with Isaiah Thomas.

Check in was very easy, and we ended up using valet because we have an energy efficient car, so parking was free! Room was clean and hallways were quiet. The pool was open early which was great for kids! Hotel is walking distance to Boston Children's Museum and Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
Excellent breakfast, amazing view on the top floor even thought I only spent one night. location was amazing for touring North End, Faneuil Hall and Freedom Trail.
The location was perfect! Most things were walkable. The Freedom Trail, North End, Faneuil Hall, Boston Commons, Cheers, and the Harbor all at your fingertips. The airport is only 15mins away. The price was best around and what I thought was best location.

Centrally located close to Boston public garden and Boston Common. About a 20-30 minute walk to North End, Faneuil Hall and the marina. Room was very comfortable and no issues with hearing rooms nearby. We had a room on the 16th floor with a nice view. The restaurant on the property was good. I only had breakfast there one morning so not sure how dinner is.The decor is great and well thought out. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location hard to beat. Close to transit, airport, and Amtrak. Plenty of dining options and convenience stores. Close to Faneuil Hall, the Market, and water. Area felt safe to walk around which great if you are travelling solo.
