The hotel is gorgeous! The view is absolutely breath taking. The food is amazing and the staff is extraordinary!
I forgot my jacket there (very special to me) and Patty (housekeeping manager) did above and beyond to find it!

The setting and location of Argos is great, the age of the facility and the management overbooking events was a distraction during our stay. The people staffing the hotel were very friendly and courteous. Our room was unique in design but the TV and internet system kept going in and out so bandwidth seemed to be an issue.

The hotel was located within a 10-minute walk of downtown, the bus station, and Cornell University. It's also right across the street from Wegman's and Barnes & Noble. The person who worked the front desk at night moved me to a room in the main building when he saw that my TV didn't work and that my room wasn't very clean on the day I checked in, which made me feel more comfortable.
The location was perfect for visiting Cornell University and downtown—within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a shared area to eat simple food—microwavable or take-out food. I was very satisfied to stay at the Dorm Hotel. Thank you, Staff.
