The place was very clean and accessible. The cleaning ladies were very helpful and friendly. The location was not so closed to the downtown but walkable.The room was very big and the beds very comfortable.

Great guest house in a perfect location. Room was well appointed, wifi was great, check in was a breeze. Great place to stay.

Commercial Street is the heartbeat of Provincetown, the shops, restaurants, and just sitting on a bench in front of the Town Hall is something you have to do. You would be amazed at the people you meet.

The location makes it super convenient to all the bars, restaurants, and shops on Commercial Street. It’s about 15-20 minute walk and you’re in the heart of Provincetown. Parking is hard to come by so having it within walking distance was ideal.
Direct beach access that was dog friendly is also a plus.
The room itself was clean, appeared to be newly renovated and had a large bathroom.
All the staff was super kind and courteous and ready to answer any questions I had.
The suite is clean and comfortable. They have cooking utensils and complete toiletries. We love the beach just behind the hotel! Location is great which is near the Commercial Street. Olga, the front desk officer is very nice, warm and accommodating. And she showed us a map where we can go to the best spots. We love this resort!
Large room with 5-star hotel amenities. Very clean and the staff was greatly accommodating. Location is mid-Commercial Street shopping and night life yet room was dead quiet.
Lovely hotel out the outskirts of Provincetown. 20 minute walk to Town Hall (center of Commercial Street).
The queen room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable! It has a small flat screen tv, a refrigerator, and a microwave too. Warm water in the shower and good pressure.
I do recommend this place, as it is affordable and clean.
This is a hotel and has the feel of one. Rooms are a bit tight, but the friendly staff and location make it a smart and efficient place to stay. There's a nice outside bonfire (gas) where friends can gather and converse if it gets chilly or at night. Two minutes to Commercial Street.
Good breakfast, muffins are yummy, and eating it on our own outside table a real plus. Saw a great performance at the really close Provincetown Theater. Commercial street, Race Point visits, all close by.
We had a great room with thankfully its own private balcony. The hotel also has a large front porch overlooking Commercial Street, which is quite nice! Also the location can't be beat in Ptown.
The place was immaculate. Extremely comfortable. Great apartment. Spacious. Loved the double showers in both bathrooms. Because of COVID-19 they had contactless check in. Text is required. Immediate response to your texts. Love the grounds of Gabriel’s. Water fountains with Coi fish pond. Fire pits outside. Well groomed and manicured landscaping. One block away from commercial Street.
