Best decision we ever made. We changed our hotel reservation at the last minute to stay here as we were worried about some bad reviews at the place we had originally booked. As first timers in the city we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We were staying as the last leg of our trip up the coast as a family and celebrating my partners birthday. The view from the room was of Coit Tower and lovely to see the fog rolling in. It was an easy walk down to Fishermans Wharf (20-30 mins) and we caught the Cable Car back up again.
Great location on the edge of China town and little Italy. Walk to Coit tower, and the Embarcadero. City Lights bookshop next corner and terrific bar Vesuvio. Staff delightful and felt very safe, car parking available.
