Everything was so perfect. Staff was helpful, ready to give insider tips and advice. The room was clean - it’s a pet friendly hotel, but we did not find even a stray hair on the linens! The location was right next to shopping and restaurants. We would love to return.

Enchantment was amazing. The staff are quite professional all around from check in to check out. The room is a private casita with a large terrace/patio attached. It's a nice sized room with a roomy bathroom. Great water pressure and deep tub. Separate toilet area for more privacy. The views from the room, pool and entire property are AMAZING. Seriously amazing. The pool is very large with plenty of chairs around it. Pool staff present for cocktails and snacks. Water refill stations throughout the resort to replenish the Yeti! Trail House staff were super friendly and helpful with trail/hiking advice. We did a spa day at Mii Amo and it's a great experience. When having a massage you can use the private pool and spa services while there. It's not cheap ($350 +) but a nice touch when on vacation. Staff were friendly there. Walking the grounds around the resort was beautiful. Plenty of wildlife to see while there...deer, wild pigs, hummingbirds, hawks. Loved it! The breakfast at Che Ah Chi was delicious. Sitting on the outdoor patio for breakfast and taking in the view was wonderful.

I wish they had a statue of Jesus with love beaming from his heart. They could have built a statue showing him and his sacred heart. They did not. Jesus loves us. Instead, builders chose a big crucifix that show a gloomy sad face. I wish they focussed on HIS LOVE and not how he died. Great location but....to see a tortured figure of him dieing is not uplifting. Jesus should be remember for his love and healing.
