I booked 1 night because of the hot tub jacuzzi and pool
When we arrived after a long drive I was informed that the hot tub was out of order and not working until the next day. The pool was closed for the day at 7pm
I had to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else with those amenities

There staff were extremely helpful and the 'pick and go' breakfast was exactly that - picked up and taken. Stood us in good stead till a late lunch.
