When we walked in the front desk person was so friendly and the lobby was so clean . And when I tired to pay my card was not working and the front desk person allowed us to put it into my son name to use his card. And loved how the pool was open from 6am to 11pm

It was well-lit and clean. We got helped right away. We were traveling with our dog so that was stressful in itself. But the staff was accommodating because we did not want to bring him through the lobby or the elevator.
