The staff and housekeepers were great. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. We went out for the day and came back to the room completely serviced and everything had been completely stocked, cleaned and beds remade. Great location and very close to Carowinds. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable and the location to Carowinds Amusement Park was a 10 min walk. Hotel was located near enough Malls and food places.
The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel.
Even though it was right across the street from Carowinds amusement park, it was priced as though it wasn't at a major vacation destination.
