Beautiful and clean room with modern, sleek finishes and thoughtful details. The accommodations are excellent, but the staff is what makes this place next-level. From the greeting at the door to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone made us feel welcome and went above and beyond.
The location was great for us as a family with a toddler. An easy walk to Central Park and a quieter neighborhood with lots of things to explore.
I can’t imagine coming back to NYC and not staying here.

Very central location across Bryant Park, almost on top of the F train subway station. Having a kitchen counter and big regrigerator in the room was a big plus. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Bryant Park was very nice especially the open air movies Monday nigths :-)
The room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and nicely appointed. The staff was exceptional-friendly, helpful, professional, and vet accommodating. The location is ideal. We enjoyed looking out over Bryant Park! We also enjoyed drinks at Celon, and dinner and breakfast at Koi. A Wonderful Stay all around!
The staff was incredibly helpful. For example, when we had a minor issue with the air conditioning, they promptly addressed it and upgraded our room due to the inconvenience. The location was excellent, being very close to central attractions like Bryant Park and 5th Avenue. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We also loved the jazz concerts at the bar in the lobby.

We liked all the New York City things, including theater, TV show tapings, food tours, wonderful eating options, Manhattan cruise, walking the Brooklyn Bridge, public library, Museum of Broadway, Morgan Library, Bryant Park and Central Park, etc.
Terrific location. Close to subway stations. And Broadway theaters, of course. Bryant Park. Nice decor. Continental breakfast more than expected. And breakfast staff were exceptional!
This was the PERFECT location for our family and all the things we wanted to do in Midtown. We were able to walk from Penn Station to our hotel, then from our hotel to the Red steps in Times Square, St.Patrick's Cathedral, Bryant Park, The Portal, NY Public Library, Village Pizza and Kwick Meal the famous falafel cart, and multiple card and gaming shops for my teenage sons. Small details I liked were House music in the elevator, the retro phone and the orange lamp. Staff was friendly. $30 credit at the coffee shop was a nice surprise.
Location was perfect for exploring the city! Times Square and Central Park is easy 20-25 min walk. Bryant Park, St.Patrick's cathedral, Empire State building are all close to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel for a quick bite! Rooftop was amazing, and our room was great!
The room was large, especially for New York. Plenty of room for our family of four. Cleaning service was performed daily, and requests (such as extra towels, a change of sheets after a spill, etc.) were handled right away. The location was ideal, across the street from the 51st St. subway station and within walking distance of the 53rd St. station and Grand Central. Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and Times Square were within 15-20 minutes walking distance.
