This park is right next to New York Public Library and is a great place to relax in the Concrete Jungle. It is surrounded by architecture... so having breakfast, or coffee at Bryant Park is a delight. It's not big so it's a quick visit.

Beautiful spot to visit. Another nice thing to do in NYC that doesn't cost a thing! During the Holidays, there is a "mall" of artists and vendors selling unique and fabulous creations! Such a great holiday gift shopping experience! In summer, the park is beautifully appointed with flowers, the lawn is fresh, there are performances and entertainment . . . great site to check out! And don't forget! The NYC public Library is part of the property! The front steps are iconic!

The value was great! We went this past Christmas, when hotels are pretty expensive. I caught a deal for 2 rooms. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The location is also great, short walk to Bryant Park, Times Square, and we were a block down from Port Authority, where we could take a subway/bus anywhere we wanted to go. Really enjoyed the hotel.
The room was a nice size for my daughter and I as we enjoyed Christmas in NYC. It was walkable to Radio City Music Hall, close to Penn Station, near Bryant Park...Great location.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Being able to sow our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out was a life saver. They were set up to do this effectively.
It was excellent! We've stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for many years in early December and love its proximity to Macy's, Bryant Park, and the subway station. It's easy to also get an Uber at the front entrance. The rooms are clean, the staff members are friendly and efficient. There is a small and really useful convenience shop, a bar, and a breakfast room (although we don't have breakfast in the hotel, so I can't comment on that). We always really enjoy our stays at this hotel!
The Muse is a lovely boutique hotel located within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) of Times Square, Bryant Park, and Rockefeller Center.
The staff is excellent. We can not thank Barbara enough for her professionalism and attention to detail. I was traveling with my mother for her birthday. Barbara was attentive, gracious, and helpful.
The wonderful staff at the Muse and the hotel's excellent location are reasons that I will stay here again, and I will absolutely recommend it to others.
Whenever you rate a hotel in New York you have to compare to other NY hotels, not hotels in general. You are going to pay a lot and the room will be small. This property is a very good value, and in an excellent location. Half a block from Bryant Park and half a block from Times Square, yet very quiet. Staff was friendly and quickly attended to a minor maintenance issue in the room.
The location of this hotel is perfect if you are looking to stay in the iconic area called Diamond District within walkable distance from: Rockefeller Center, Times Square , Bryant Park, Central Park and many more attractions. Great staff, decent breakfast and well equipped and updated rooms.

Location was amazing couple steps from Times square and Bryant park. Pretty safe area, lobby door are locked all the time which makes it feel even more safe.
Rooms are small but you get everything you need and if you are in NYC you are not there to spend time in your room.

Perfect location right next to Bryant Park Christmas fair. Rooms were thoughtfully equipped with things like hair ties, makeup mirrors, free slippers. Room size and shower size were bigger than a traditional nyc hotel. Staff was kind, responsive and helpful. They emailed in advance asking about special accommodations and everything I asked for was in our room at check in, which was also 3 hours before their advertised time! Robot butler delivering dessert we ordered was icing on the cake!!!
