Been coming here for years with “the girls”.
Love pre season to stay away from the hoards of summer tourists.

I generally stay in the room on the third floor with the two twin beds. I think the bed by the window is definitely due for a new mattress.
I have a back problem and I hardly got any sleep. The mattress was not very comfortable.
Same issue last year.
Other than that, which is kind of a big deal every thing else was good.

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff kind and informative. We were close to everything and the lodging was comfortable and a great location. Just up the street is the oldest house on Nantucket; definitely worth a visit! A member of the staff recommended the Bluff walk in Sconset which was a lovely hike along the coast!

I liked everything about this hotel. The room appointments are beautiful, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service was easy to use. It was also nice to have more space outside of the downtown area.

Jared Coffin House has the perfect location for exploring downtown Nantucket! Plenty of dining options just seconds away and walking distance to Brant point lighthouse and jetties beach. We also loved our bed (soo comfortable) and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and hospitable and so willing to meet our requests. Some of the amenities like free transport within a mile and cookies/treats in the afternoon were a nice touch!
Great hotel in every way! New, clean, awesome staff, free use of bikes, easy walking distance to town and Brant Point lighthouse. Fire pit was so nice after dinner.
