Customer service is excellent and all the extra little amenities in the room and water every day were great. Especially like the donuts in the afternoon and it was really nice having a bar with a very nice bartender. Also the doorman were so helpful.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was convenient to Quincy Market, and we walked to the Freedom Trail Walking tour that we took. The bathroom was remodeled and clean with a good shower.
