The stay at the hotel was nice and staff was nice. At the registering we needed to provide two cards for the check in and therefore the security deposit was charged at two cards. I was previously informed that the security deposit was supposed to be returned after 10 work days. I was trying to be in a contact with the staff after the timeline, but now more than 10 days later i was informed that i should just contact my local bank regarding the security deposit, which they are not able to assist with and told me that this is something that the hotel should assist me with. The security deposit is therefore, more that 10 working days later, still being held at one of my cards and i have stopped receiving answers from the hotel.
