Beautiful house right on the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach from a short path off the front yard. The picture on the web site made it look farther than it was. Wine and cheese in the afternoon and free homemade full breakfast in the morning. What more could you ask for? We had a view of the ocean from our room. They had towels and beach chairs for use so we didn't need to bring ours.

Beautiful room pool and dinner meal was excellent and large portions. Nice simple breakfast so don't plan on large buffet.
Sabrina was welcoming to us upon check in and had a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary with Prosecco in our room. The room was spacious and exactly the Block Island coastal feel we were hoping for. The location is great! Short walk to the ferry and bars and restaurants. The breakfast spread was phenomenal with a perfect view! Thanks for an amazing stay. We will be back next summer for sure :)
I really liked that the Block Island Beach House is a beach front property, it overlooks the ocean. The room we stood in had a partial ocean view, and from our window we were able to see the boats and ferries when they were leaving and coming to the island! The property was very clean, had a gift shop, a restaurant and bar, food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were all very good!
Sabrina and staff went out of there way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable will definitely use them again when visiting Block Island Thank you Brian & Linda
The Old Town Inn is a classic Block Island lodging, with very clean, comfortable rooms and a central location on the island. An excellent breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon, hash browns, English muffins, and fresh fruit is served every morning until 09:30. Neal and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful and do a great job of maintaining the place. Looking forward to visiting again.
What a fantastic weekend in Block Island! Neal was an incredible host. The location and room was incredible peaceful and I woke up to delicious beverages and happy faces. The entire property was decorated for Halloween which added to the whole spirit and fresh flowers everywhere. Just phenomenal.
We absolutely fell in love with Block Island! Last year we visited for 1 day, this year we added overnight; next year we would like to add another day. We loved renting bikes to explore the island!
This bed and breakfast is in the best location on Block Island - it's a short walk to one of the most of beautiful beaches imaginable. Best view ever from the hotel grounds and our room. Some of the staff tried to be accommodating. For example, they dried our wet bathing suits, towels and kayaking clothes for us.
The view was great of the ocean and Block Island Sound, with nice chairs and a wonderful porch. The common area is beautiful. The location is near a nice beach and you can walk to a handful of restaurants. They have rules, and I sympathize -- they could easily be overwhelmed by early arrivals or those insisting to stay late.
The room was a great size and very clean. We were able to leave the windows open at night for the breeze and loved how quiet it was. Being able to store our bags when we checked out and the convenience of being able to take a shower before going out to dinner was amazing. This is our third trip to Block Island but our first time at Rose Farm Inn and we would definitely recommend it to others.
