Copley House is in a great location, just an 11-minute walk to Back Bay Station. I enjoyed my morning walks in the surrounding neighborhoods, where flowers bloom, a dog park nearby, and a 7-11 market just a 3-minute walk away. There is a mini kitchen in the room to make tea and heat up food. The hotel staff are very friendly and will send a message in advance to confirm your arrival time.
I booked a larger size Queen room. It was wonderfully furnished with an L-shaped sofa and windows on two sides, overlooking the Back Bay and Charles River. Shower was good with plenty of hot water -- no "Chinese water torture" here. Despite the hotel hosting two conferences, the hallways were quiet and I couldn't hear the traffic outside. The hotel also has a direct tunnel connection to the Copley Square Mall and Marriott Boston Copley Plaza hotel so plenty of opportunities for shopping and choice of restaurants.
