This is all confusing, I booked through the app and when I called the hotel they said the conf# didn’t show anything and no rooms under my name, I had to book a different room while in the phone with them after waiting for 25min and now I’m being charged twice. Need a refund if the first charge that didn’t show up according to reservations dept.

It was a nice apartment feeling and the breakfast was ok. I loved it was across the street from the Arizona Mills mall and nearby the hole in a rock and other stuff. I actually love the place and would book here again and may even in the future use this place as a temporary apartment. It was close to the hole in the rock and phoenix zoo. Also food places were close by if you don't know how to drive and didnt feel like spending a pretty penny to get food. Great place for a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Very quiet and relaxing.
The hotel itself is in a great location, right off the interstate and parking lot adjacent to the Arizona Mills Mall that is huge and has plenty of shopping, food choices, a movie theater, an aquarium, a Legoland Discovery Center and even a Rainforest Cafe. The King room we had was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable! Most importantly everything was clean.
