Breakfast was amazing, had everything we could want. Staff were very friendly, and helped with every question we had. Location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the Old Town Transit Centre. We managed to get around the city so easily. Would highly recommended the free transit bus from the airport to the transit centre - it’s a fantastic incentive.

We liked that the staff accommodated us because of my partner's disability and wouldn't be able to climb to the second floor. We also appreciated that the permit parking was outside our room door for easy access. They were pleasant to talk to.

The hotel had a pool, laundry and even had a bar at my convenience.

The room was lovely, rooftop pool fun and location really great. The bay is five minutes’ walk away and there are ice-cream, coffee shops and restaurants along the walkway. There are multiple bars and museums within walking distance. The gym is decent. The hotel generally has an upmarket vibe - it’s more like a 4* than a 3*.
