We went as a family and really enjoyed the hotel. The service was excellent. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff were wonderful. I would like to especially thank Michelle, who was very polite, helpful and cheerful, and Zulma, who welcomed us on the first day before our check-in time and was very helpful. She checked us in early so that my children could be accommodated right away. They were wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the staff worked tirelessly to restock everything. The breakfast included hamburgers, eggs, cheese, toast, yogurt, milk, freshly made pancakes, juice, coffee, tea and cake. I thought the breakfast was good. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and the drivers are excellent. They dropped us off at the train station every day. The train is 30 minutes from downtown Chicago (Washington Station). The hotel is located on a street with a Marianos supermarket where they have hot food for those who want real food ready, but they also have many varieties of ready meals. On the same street as the hotel there are also 2 pizzerias, 1 Hooters, 1 Dunkin', 1 Seven-Eleven, all within 10 minutes walking distance of the hotel if you don't have a car (which was our case). The pool is heated and clean. The kids loved it. Inside the room everything was clean and there was a mini kitchen without a stove. But there was a minibar, coffee maker, microwave and a sink. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash of great quality. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. It was a very good value for money compared to downtown Chicago. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Location! Was near Allstate Arena so we didnt have to wait for uber/lyft and instead walked back. Right beside Portillo's was a bonus. Also have 24 hr shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast was also absolutely amazing and had alot of selections!
We came up to go to a concert at the Allstate Arena. The hotel was only 2 miles away. We didn’t have any trouble with parking the hotel staff was very friendly and the facilities were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.
The breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was the best part of this hotel: very close to the airport, facing the Allstate Arena (where we were attending a concert), and the free shuttle service provided by the hotel made the journey from and to the airport even more easy. The rooms and toiletries were squeaky clean, with very modern furniture, and the bathroom was quite luminous. There were huge bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash available, which was very practical.

I booked this property because I attended concerts at the Allstate Arena. For this purpose the hotel‘s location was perfect. The airport is also close and I took the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport which was very convenient. My room was nice and clean. Refreshments are offered near the reception. Staff was very friendly and helped me extend my stay.
Very clean hotel and the staff were very friendly. Complementary breakfast included in the stay is also good - not the best breakfast in the world but it's enough. Close to Target and some other stores. Right next to the AllState arena also.

I was positive surprised by this hotel. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very big and all the facilities super clean! Can only recommend.
