I had chosen a corner room on the eleventh floor so I had extensive views in two directions and a larger bathroom... it definitely felt more like a suite than a 'room'. I had purchased an option to include breakfast, and having the great buffet there every morning on the top floor with views stretching over the city on three sides was the best way to start any day! Given the situation in Ukraine currently, having a very secure shelter on the premises was comforting. too.

The receptionists are excellent & naturally so, genuinely warm & welcoming., the cleaning crew too are lovely. As returning guests arriving after a long haul & late, it was touching to have a knock on the door shortly after check in, & be gifted a bottle of wine & a jar of honey. I can’t remember the last time a stay anywhere was so acknowledged . The location is superb, safe as can be amidst the current anguish Ukraine is unjustly living with. Nothing negative at all to whinge about, we look forward to returning as for our routine purposes to be in Kyiv, its home from home. Comfy & calm, even through trying times.
