I stayed at this hotel in summer 2022, winter 2022 and winter 2024, sometimes several nights. Ideally located for getting around town and the center, with everything nearby (grocery stores, banks, restaurants, shops, etc.), and easy to park. The number of places in front of the hotel is certainly limited but I did not encounter any problems. I've read some somewhat negative comments about the breakfast choice, but considering the price, it would be difficult to really complain, especially since I frequented this establishment during wartime. I will definitely come back to this establishment during my next reports in Ukraine !

Great small hotel in the center of Odessa. Fantastic service from team members. Good spacy room with air conditioner and sound proof windows. Very comfortable bed with high sleep quality. Located practically in city center and near Privoz market - must visit. Small parking for two cars. Good breakfast.

Ideally located in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to all parts of the city I required. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were warm, quiet, clean and spacious.
The restaurant was clean and well managed with attentive staff. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious.
There was a good selection on the menu for dinner, which was nicely presented, tasty and hot.
