Central location, service-oriented and friendly staff, quality and size of rooms, quality of overall services and facilities, well-functioning air conditioning, and more. Given the difficult circumstances in Kyiv with daily power blackouts and air raids, the hotel is a perfect and safe place to stay given its power generator backup and private basement shelter. The staff were also very helpful when I had to extend my stay and wanted to keep the same room.
