Large room with comfortable bed. Laundry room was available to use free of charge. We were able to use their bicycles to explore the city and beach front at no extra cost. This was a handy way of seeing the surrounding areas. The night market was a short walk away which was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Hualien. We were very impressed with the staff and the professional way they handled the whole situation. The rooms were good sized and comfortable. We were happy to find out that they had a supper offer from 8:00-10:00pm and the added bonus of having washing machines and dryers without extra charge made the name of the hotel so fitting. We made use of the all day cafe where we could sit and discuss what we were going to do because the roads to the North were closed. We decided to stay one more night and enjoy the excellent hospitality.
