The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was also large and included a bathtub, which was nice, even though we did not use it. The glass window to the whole bathroom with the toilet right in front of it wasn't great, but thankfully there was a curtain to pull so you weren't always on full display when using the toilet.

Location was good, walking distance to Taichung station and Taroko mall. We stayed for 1 night and returned for 1 night a few days later. The first room was huge and super comfortable, the second room was a lot smaller and a bit cramped. Both times the bed was very comfortable. Staff were great. Facilities were good.
Absolutely the location, right opposite the train station, close to Taroko Mall located behind the railway station with Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours, Starbuck coffee shop and loads of eateries and the new and modern shopping mall called Lalaport can also reach within 15 minutes walk.
The pantry is neat and orderly with table and chairs with a nice view over the railway station, clean and functional, the roof top is nice to chill, all in all very satisfied with this hostel.

Location was excellent near to Taichung TRA, next door to Taroko Mall and 6 mins walk to LaLaPort Shopping Mall. The breakfast spread was ok but expect same spread daily. The hotel chef should look into a change in menu. The bedrooms though old but is spacious. Value for money with the price we paid.
We stayed for 3 days and we had a comfortable stay. The hostel is close to the Taichung Station and to the Taroko Mall which is convenient. Serves also good breakfast.

Location is good and convenient. We explored the nearby areas by walking and realised that we had booked a right place for three nights. We walked to two markets andshopping centres (e.g Taroko Mall). There are many small eateries and restaurants nearby. We also walked to 星泉湖.
We also like the hotel for its spacious rooms and simple interior.
Room was clean and usual amenities were provided, double room came with a bathtub; hotel was within walking distance to Taroko Mall for shopping, FamilyMart and pastry shop were just next door
Location was fantastic, short walk from Taiching Train Station. Also walkable to Miyahara, Lalaport, Taroko Mall which has a very good food court. Facilities wise, the laundromat downstairs was good. The TV channels were awesome. The hotel is a bit old but still well-kept and reasonably clean.
Cool building, inside and out.Very modern design of the lobby and the room. Our room was 1208.
The bathroom was excellent. I loved the tile colour, nice grey. We could open the window.
There was a view to the huge shopping complex
La La Port. Not far from the hotel there was Taroko Mall. And on the other side a park, where we took morning walks.
The room was comfortable so was the bed.
Very close from the train station.
Breakfast was preordered and tasty.
