Centrally located within Taichung, well-positioned to explore the Second Market, various museums and central sights such as the Miyahara Eye Clinic and the train station/railway park (plus close to important trunk lines in the city's excellent bus network). The room was thoughtfully laid out and the welcome bag with local snacks was a nice touch. Staff were welcoming and wanted to make sure we could find everything we needed, which we did. (People with a fear of heights may prefer the elevator on the left in the lobby as the elevator on the right has windows so you can see yourself getting higher and higher above the street.) Bedding was comfortable and temperature in the room was easy to keep comfortable.

Nice bright rooms, easy check in, location was awesome easy to get places and a happening area. The Taichung park is close by. The room itself was great value . Very clean and there was a couch. They dropped off water every day for you as well.

Location of the hotel is good - about 2-3 stops from Taichung Train Station (via bus), very close to the Taichung Park and Yizhong Street Night Market. There's a water dispenser (hot, warm, cold water) along with mugs/ coffee and tea sachets on each level too.
Kiwi Express Hotel is located close to many convenience stores, small shops, and the Taichung park. We enjoyed our stay and wondered around at night. The beds are super comfortable.
Private room is clean and comfortable. There is a washer available in the balcony of the room. Close to 2nd Market and Taichung Park. It's also near bus stops that goes to the HSR station.
