The hospitality of the owner was just great. Mert was soooo helpful. He tried to help with everything we need to explore this region i.e. connecting us to the tour operator, making sure that everything ran smoothly, etc. The room was comfortable and absolutely worth the money.

It was beautiful, the room was lovely and the roof terrace a wonderful place to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy breakfast. Staff were really responsive and breakfast was really enjoyable.

Quite an unusual place with a huge garden courtyard to hang about in the shade of trees. Although I didn’t particularly like Kuşadaşi I really liked the easy vibe of this hotel, close to the city centre but also removed.

Food venues were excellent, using top quality fresh ingredients and comfortable outside seating overlooking the beach. The beach and water were warm with small breakers. However, you had to avoid walking on waste/debris in the sand. One of the highlights was have a Turkish barber provide a full head clean, shave, wax, and massage.

There was a great and very clean pool! Also the location of the hotel is just 3 minutes by foot from the Ladies beach. It was definitely okay value for the money we've spent. The food was okay. There are plenty of cats, and we adore them 😍
Very clean apartment with good space for a family to stay comfortably. Natural light. Close to Ladies Beach, although this beach is always crowded. A new cot was provided by the owner, something I very much appreciate.

It is a nice hotel just in front of the Ladies beach. I would like to thank to the owners Serkant and Regent brothers for the help and advices given for places to go and the restaurants to eat. Although the furniture in the rooms are a bit old the beds are comfy and the bathroom and room itself is clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. If you don't need very luxury place and want to relax in front of the water, this is the right place. Hope I will go again soon.
Mehmet and his brothers were wonderful hosts. Just great people with big smiles who love what they do. Full of really helpful recommendations. The breakfast was amazing, really fresh using local ingredients. The apartments are great value for money, all we needed for our stay, pool is really lovely and just a 2 minute walk to ladies beach, perfect for a sunset drink. Would 100% come back
Hotel is positioned right next to the Ladies Beach, Migros market and bus stop for bus number 5 that goes to the Center, markets and Kusadasi castle. Wi-fi was good and there is a fridge and stove in the kitchen. There is no designated parking but plenty of spaces to park right next to the hotel. On top of the hotel there are tables with chairs and a small pool. Great view to the sea from there!
We stayed our two nights in Kusadasi at Asena hotel given the excellent reviews. It's a budget hotel at the beachfront of Ladies Beach, which is one of the best public beaches in Jusadasi, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel though needs some serious renovation, the corridors and the floors are carpeted and quite dirty. The rooms were small but with great views to the sea. However, the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, I found it to be a good option for a short stay in Kusadasi if you're on a tight budget.
this is the best property I have stayed in my turkey visit in all touristy cities .
