We arrived around one o'clock in the afternoon. Alina checked us out and we immediately went to have a delicious lunch. Well, throughout the rest (almost 2 weeks), Alina was always kind and responsive. The rest of the staff was nice too.

The location is good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, close to the Kleopatra beach. The apartment itself is fresh and new. There is a gym right near the building. Overall we liked our stay.
The beach, location and special my room with sea views and the top floor was excellent. The female receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended my three week stay by another week. The hotel was located directly on Kleopatra Beach.
Hotel staff was really nice and kind, especially the man at the reception whose name is Ishak. He made our stay even better with his tips about Alanya, he was really helpful. Food at the hotel (all inclusive) was wonderfully prepared. Hotel has a really good location and the Kleopatra beach is really close.
For me ( everything was good) the location was perfect ( i think its the best location in Alanya) the view from the room is wonderful, the employees are very polite and helpful..all of them are polite, everything is near you, Kleopatra beach is near and its a great beach
