My second stay, great food at the hotel restaurant, 10 for the chefs, and also hard working staff who are giving the best service. Entertainment team great professionals, excellent shows, part of the park is closed but still a lot of activities to do. Very clean everywhere.

The hotel could be amazing with a few added touches to detail. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was big enough for the two of us, however the hanging clothes/wardrobe situation there is little room for hanging clothes. plenty of drawer space.
We had a few spa treatments and they were lovely.
Our room was cleaned every day with new towels etc and beda made.
The pools are a good size and were clean
The shuttle bus to the beach is good and operates many times a day. And to the Lands of Legends at night. We did walk it one day and it took us about 20mins which was fine.
Water always available to help yourself from the fridge in the bar and restaurants.
There is an onsite shop for late nights nibbles etc.
