This place is a little heaven... Right on the river, with a beautiful view of the tombs of the kings, you can ask the owner to call the taxi boat for you and they'll come and collect you too take you to the beach. The outdoor bar is lovely and my room was comfortable and had even a little hanger outside to hang wet clothes. I hope I'll come back here soon! Also the owner Levent is really nice and can help you with anything you need. The breakfast is a buffet and the staff is really attentive. 10 stars for me!

Really nice breakfast with vegetarian options too. The location is really nice, only 10 mins walk into town but far away that you can sleep without hearing all the bar music in town. Super friendly staff and the pool was clean and very relaxing. Overall very good value and would be happy to return.

We were warmly welcomed by our host who kindly (after a very long drive) offered us drinks and invited us straight in for a swim. The room had everything you need such as aircon and wifi - but was a little smaller than expected, making it a fun challenge to open both suitcases. Otherwise the stay was perfect for what we needed! Cleverly oriented around the pool and restaurant, it’s well located to all the local sights with plenty of parking out front.

A beautiful unspoilt beach, protected from development.
A beautiful unspoilt beach, protected from development. Go by water taxi, walk the beach to the other end (about 1 hour) then visit the turtle hospital, stop for a swim and sunbathe and catch the bus back to dalyan, if like us you hire a quad bike take to the mountain and see the view of the beach from up high, no words can describe the view, this beach has to be top ten in the world.

Perfect stay for one night to visit the king’s tombs and Iztuzu beach. 1min walk from the tombs. All the streets nearby seem to be extremely busy and touristy until late in the evening, here you can still have a quiet night. Room quite narrow but does its job for a night. Useful little balcony and free small breakfast on a nice roof terrace overlooking the river and the tombs. Very good money for value.
We arrived in 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Ege, the owner of the property is a great guy! He is very friendly and supportive, supplying us with lots of useful information and also we participated in 2 boat trips to Iztuzu beach for free! The breakfast had a wide variety of choice, pools (also for kids) and surrounding lounge beds were also fine! Really value for money, I can recommend this place for others!!
The hotel is practically on top of the lykian tombs and few steps to Iztuzu beach ferries. Decent breakfast and really good value for what you pay/ staff was friendly and gave us several tips on how to reach several different places

The apartment is in a quiet and scenic area which is a minutes away from the river.
There are buses nearby that will take you to Iztuzu Beach, Marmaris and other locations.

Exceptional location, just in front of the Tombs. Exceptional breakfast, better than any 5 star hotel one. All staff are very polite and aiming customer satisfaction.
Good connection to the Iztuzu beach, taxi boat collecting you directly from the hotel balcony as it is near canal. You can also enjoy watching 2-3 caretta turtles during a breakfast.
Absolutely stunning location. sunsets to die for. Very remote but good dolmus service to Dalyan and Iztuzu Beach from just up the hill. 3km to walk to Istuzu. the perfect place if you are active, and want to also chill in a beautiful, quiet loacation. there are some amazing little Turkish restaurants up on the road
Amazing location.Rooms are perfect.All furnitures are new.They have just renovated hotel and excellent design.RRooms are very big and comfy.Staff is very helpful.Owners helping you for everything.Breakfast is excellent.All area is green with lemon and orange tree.You can walk to center in 10 minutes by walking.Iztuzu beach boats are taking you in front of hotel and it is very enjoyable to go to Iztuzu beach by boat.All hotel is very hygenic and clean.Higly recommended and I will go with my family on august for a long time
Bahaus Resort is a true paradise and Necdet and Sharon would make you feel like this paradise is also your home. Everything there is perfect: the location on the way to Iztuzu Beach, far enough from the town to escape from tourist crowds, but close enough to access it easily on bikes, lovely breakfasts, amazing garden, clean swimming pool, free bikes, and the amazing atmosphere that would not be possible without the owners.
